It means that the piece in its entirety is gold; therefore, it has greater firmness, more weight, and is more durable than a hollow piece.

It means that the piece inside is hollow, and has less firmness, and therefore its durability is lower. Its weight is much less than that of a solid piece and requires more careful handling.

The quality of gold is the same in both cases. The solid pieces are made for harder use, and the hollow pieces are more for showcasing their aesthetic appeal.

10-karat gold indicates that it contains 40% of this metal, meaning it has 10 parts of this metal and 14 parts of other metals.

14-karat gold indicates that it contains 60% of this metal, meaning it has 14 parts of this metal and 10 parts of other metals.

18-karat gold indicates that it contains 75% of this metal, meaning it has 18 parts of this metal and 6 parts of other metals.

22-karat gold indicates that it contains 91.7% of this metal, meaning it has 22 parts of this metal and 8.3 parts of other metals.

In both cases the two stones look good, the Zirconia is an artificial stone, and its cost is lower and the Diamond is a natural stone so its cost is higher.

The purpose of maintaining the pieces is to preserve their durability and keep them looking like new.

Polishing and washing the pieces involves cleaning them and restoring them to their original state.

Yellow Gold every 6 months to 1 year.

White Gold every 6 to 8 months.

Rose Gold every 6 to 8 months.

Black Gold every 6 to 8 months.

Diamonds every 1 to 1.5 years.

In the case of custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required to start the work. If the remaining 50% is not settled within a period of 2 weeks after the piece is manufactured, it will be released for public sale, and the advance payment amount is NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE CLIENT.
