It is understood that the user, by using the platform, accepts the current Terms and Conditions. The products offered through the website are of high quality and align with our company’s mission, vision, and goals.
Each product is subject to separate Terms and Conditions, so the product in stock or shipping time may vary. However, all information regarding the product will be displayed clearly and accurately for a better purchase.
BRAGGAO always makes sure that the information provided on its platforms, advertisements, catalogs, or by the Customer Service Center, including product descriptions, dimensions, and colors, is accurate and complete. However, we do not provide any warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such information. It is important to note that any product description, including information about the weight of precious materials, the number of stones and carats, product dimensions, etc., is provided for reference purposes only. Due to natural production processes, slight variations may occur.

4.- RETURN POLICY
BRAGGAO will only process returns for the following reasons:
- Factory defect in the item.
- If the item you received is not what the customer ordered.
- And if the item does not have the features the customer requested or is not satisfied with the item.
BRAGGAO products must be returned with labels, in a new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, and stickers (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. BRAGGAO will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
All returns will be subject to strict quality control by BRAGGAO. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, BRAGGAO will reject the return, and the products will be sent back to the customer.
If the returned product meets the quality control standards, BRAGGAO will proceed with the corresponding exchange.
This clause is not a warranty policy; if the product comes with a warranty, it will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the corresponding policy.
4.1.- Returns for incorrect products
To ensure better customer satisfaction in line with our vision, the customer may return a product purchased on the website if it does not correspond to what they requested. The customer should immediately contact the online store by phone at 33 1431 2096 or by email at email@example.com to request an exchange for the correct product or something of equal value to the initial transaction.
This will have a period of 30 calendar days, which will be counted from the day after the delivery of the merchandise. Likewise, the payment for shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the shipping guide from BRAGGAO.
4.2.- Return damaged merchandise
If you need to return a product because it arrived damaged, and the reasons are attributable to BRAGGAO, you should immediately contact the online store via phone at 33 1431 2096 or through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement for the damaged product or an item of equal value from your initial transaction.
This return will also be subject to a 15-day period, which will be counted from the day following the delivery of the merchandise. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees, which should be paid upon receiving the corresponding shipping guide from BRAGGAO.
4.3.- Return Process

- Verify that you are within the corresponding 15- or 30-day time frame, as applicable.
- Go to the selected courier service and check that the contents match the product that was originally sent. The products must be in their original condition with the original packaging. They should also be in the same condition as when they were delivered and shipped.
The changes can only be made when the product is in its original condition without any damage, mutilations, or alterations.
Returns will be honored as long as the points mentioned at the beginning of this page are met.
5.- REFUND POLICY
BRAGGAO will NOT REFUND the value of any item in cash. You can only exchange it for an item of the same value, or, if the customer prefers, they may choose an item of equal or higher value. If the customer selects an item of higher value, they must cover the price difference.
6.- CANCELLATION POLICIES
To provide better service to our customers and fully comply with current regulations, the following conditions are established for product cancellations.
6.1.- Cancellation policies before shipping
The customer who has made a purchase and wishes to cancel it, provided the product has not yet been shipped, may request a cancellation. They must contact the online store immediately via phone at +52 33 1431 2096 or through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to request the cancellation of the product.
This cancellation must be made within a period not exceeding 24 hours after the purchase has been confirmed, meeting the condition that the product has not yet been shipped.
Purchases can only be canceled before the product is shipped.
At BRAGGAO, we guarantee the quality of our pieces, so we take responsibility for any existing factory defects in all the pieces and products sold through our website. If your exchange request is within the 90-day period after receiving your purchase, we commit to receiving the merchandise back and exchanging it for a product of the same value, or, in the case of a factory defect, providing an identical replacement of the order placed.
- The prices on the site include shipping unless otherwise indicated.
- A valid address must be provided; additional costs for non-localized locations are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the package arrives damaged, it must be noted when signing for delivery, otherwise, it is considered accepted. If you suspect that something is missing or the package does not match your purchase, do not receive it and report it immediately.
- You have 24 hours to report damaged or missing items; after this period, no changes or claims will be accepted.
- We offer national and international shipping through DHL and UPS.
- Delivery times depend on the conditions of the courier services, weather, and risk zones.
- We do not accept orders with incomplete addresses or special agreements with other courier services.
- Basic: delivery in 2-3 business days.
- Express: delivery in 1-2 business days.
- Personal Deliveries: available only within the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara.
All these shipping options are subject to availability.
- The delivery time starts after confirming payment and varies according to the type of shipping.
- An estimated delivery time will be provided at the end of your order, and we will confirm it with the customer, including tracking details.
- For custom pieces, the delivery time varies based on the complexity of crafting the piece. In case of potential delays or irregularities in the manufacturing process, we will notify you and provide alternative options. BRAGGAO reserves the right to postpone production and delivery time as its capabilities allow.
- In order to reduce our carbon footprint for orders and/or shipments with multiple custom products, they will be shipped together until all pieces are manufactured unless you request separate shipments in advance.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all material, elements, and content included in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (including drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, videos, text, computer code, soundtracks, and graphics) appearing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the look and feel of the Website, are the exclusive property of Oro Negro de Occidente S.A. de C.V. and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. 10. (LFPIORPI) Money Laundering Prevention
The Law requires the identification of customers making a purchase when the value of the selected products exceeds the threshold established by the Law of 805 Units of Measure and Update, currently equivalent to $83,510.70 MXN plus Value Added Tax (VAT). The website will not proceed to confirm purchases or record orders for pickup until the customer provides the following information and documentation:
- Customer identification and consent form (you can request it through our customer service).
- Official identification with valid photo (INE or Passport).
- CURP and/or Tax Identification Card.
- Proof of address, only if the address you state does not match the one that appears on your official identification, or it does not contain it and whose validity is not longer than 3 months.
- When acting on behalf of third parties, a power of attorney letter or copy of the deed accrediting the representative’s powers, as well as a copy of the official identification and proof of address of the representative.
- For foreign clients: an official document issued by the National Institute of Migration certifying their legal stay in the country (if residing in Mexico).
- Copy of the articles of incorporation or document containing details of its constitution and registration.
- RFC certificate of the company.
- Proof of the company’s address. Document evidencing the authority of the legal representative.
- Official identification of the legal representative (INE or valid Passport).
If the customer uses a credit card for which they are not the holder, they must share the information mentioned in the previous points that correspond to the cardholder and the person who made the purchase.
