Payments by deposit or transfer

• We accept deposits from any national bank.
• We do not accept deposits from foreign banks.

In case of deposit or transfer, you will need to notify us of your payment through any of our communication channels (check at the bottom of the page).

If your deposit is made with a check from another bank ‘Salvo Buen Cobro’, the payment is credited the next business day at noon. Once credited, we proceed to release your order.

Advances and Layaways

• For advances and layaways, 50% of the total cost of the item is required.
• In the case of advances for custom pieces: If the total amount is not paid within 2 weeks after the manufacturing, the piece will be released for public sale.
• In the case of layaways: If the total amount of the item is not paid within 1 month (maximum layaway period), it will be released for public sale.
• The amount of the advance or layaway is NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE CUSTOMER without exception.
