Refund or Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES OR GUARANTEES WILL ONLY BE MADE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Factory defect in the item.
  • If the item you received is not what the customer ordered.
  • And if the item does not have the features the customer requested or is not satisfied with the item.

If you want to cancel, you will have five (5) business days to request it, counted from the day following the delivery of the merchandise, provided that the above-mentioned points are met.

If you want to make an exchange, you will have thirty (30) business days to request it, counted from the day following the delivery of the merchandise, and the shipping cost will be covered by the customer, provided that the above-mentioned points are met.

Cancellation Right

The 5-business-day period starts from the day following the delivery of the merchandise, and the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

To meet the deadline, timely dispatch within the period is sufficient. The products must be in their original condition, with the original packaging.

In the case of cancellation, the shipping will be at your own expense and risk unless the supplied merchandise does not correspond to the ordered merchandise. The return must be made within a maximum of 5 business days after the products are delivered to you.

Braggao WILL NOT REFUND the value of any item; only the exchange of the same can be done. Alternatively, the customer may choose an item of the same or higher value, with the customer covering the cost difference.

Cancellation will be respected only if the points mentioned at the beginning of this page are met.

Return Request

Please email hola@braggao.com with your address, phone number, purchase order number, an explanation of the possible problem or reason for return, and photos of the item.

This must be done within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the product.

Your return will be assessed, and if accepted, the customer will bear the shipping costs and must pack the item in its original box.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, and after it has undergone the internal product evaluation process, we will proceed with the exchange process for the piece according to the customer’s preference for a new item.

The return will be respected as long as the points mentioned at the beginning of this page are fulfilled.

Exchange for Material and Manufacturing Defects (Custom Pieces)

Braggao provides a comprehensive warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing for original items purchased in-store or online* for 3 months from the date of purchase.

*Subject to the same channel where the product was acquired.

Refunds

Braggao DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS OF ANY KIND.

Only the same design can be exchanged, or the customer may choose a piece of the same value or higher, and the customer must cover the cost of the difference of the same.
